How to create an account
Go to tukango.com
Open your browser and visit tukango.com.
Click "Sign up"
Look for Sign up in the top right corner of the home page.
Choose a sign-up method
You have two options:
Option A — Email + password (recommended)
- Enter your email address
- Create a password (8+ characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Tap Create account
Option B — Google sign-in (fastest)
- Tap Continue with Google
- Pick the Google account you want to use
- Approve the permissions
Common questions
Do I need a phone number?
No. tukango accounts only require an email. We may ask for a phone number for SMS verification on certain features (like top-ups), but it's optional.
Is there a fee for the account?
No. Accounts are completely free. You only pay for the eSIM plans you buy.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Technically yes, but we recommend one account per person to keep all your eSIMs and order history in one place.
What if I already bought as a guest?
Contact support@tukango.com with your order numbers and we can link previous guest orders to your new account. Free service.
Security tips
- Use a unique, strong password (don't reuse one from another site)
- Enable Google sign-in for the strongest protection
- Never share your password — tukango will never ask for it
- If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately
