Accessing your dashboard
- Go to tukango.com
- Click "Log in" in the top right
- Sign in with your email and password (or Google account)
- You'll be directed to your Dashboard
What you'll see
Active eSIMs
Each active eSIM card shows:
- Country and flag — the destination
- Data usage bar — visual indicator of used vs. remaining data
- Data remaining — exact amount (e.g., "2.3 GB of 5 GB remaining")
- Valid until — expiration date
- Status — Active, In Use, or Expired
- Top Up button — add more data instantly
Order history
A complete record of all your purchases with:
- Order date and number
- Package details (country, data, duration)
- Price paid
- Status (Completed, Processing, Refunded)
- QR code access (for re-scanning if needed)
Managing an active eSIM
Check real-time usage
The data usage bar updates in real-time. The percentage and exact figures help you plan whether you need a top-up.
Top up data
Click "Top Up" on any active eSIM to purchase additional data for the same destination. The data is added to your existing eSIM instantly — no new installation required.
View QR code again
Need to re-scan your QR code? Click on the eSIM card to view the original QR code and activation details.
eSIM status meanings
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Ordered | Purchase complete, eSIM ready to install |
| Activated | eSIM installed and connected to network |
| In Use | Currently consuming data |
| Expired | Validity period has ended |
| Used Up | All data consumed |
| Cancelled | eSIM was cancelled and refunded |
