01.Overview

At tukango, we stand behind our products with a straightforward money-back guarantee. If your eSIM has not been activated, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

This policy covers all eSIM data plans purchased through tukango.com. We believe in transparent, customer-first policies that protect your purchase from the moment you buy.

02.Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if your eSIM has not been activated (i.e., the QR code has not been scanned and installed on a device). Once an eSIM profile has been downloaded and activated on a device, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

03.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@tukango.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Our team will verify the eSIM status and process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

04.Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund: eSIMs that have been activated or partially used, plans that have expired after their validity period, and top-up purchases added to an existing eSIM.

If your eSIM is not working due to a technical issue on our end, we will either provide a replacement eSIM or issue a full refund regardless of activation status.

05.Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for partially used data. However, if you experience significant connectivity issues that prevent you from using your data plan as intended, please contact our support team for assistance.

For refund inquiries, email support@tukango.com. Our connectivity team typically responds within 10 minutes during business hours. Include your order number for faster processing.
