Lost access to your tukango account? Password reset takes 2 minutes via the email link.
How to reset
Go to the login page
Open tukango.com and click Log in in the top right.
Click "Forgot password?"
On the login form, click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
Enter your email
Type the email address associated with your tukango account. Make sure it's spelled correctly. Click Send reset link.
Check your inbox
Within a minute, you'll receive an email from tukango with a password reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
Click the reset link
The link is valid for 1 hour. Clicking it opens a page where you can set a new password.
Choose a strong password
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- Don't reuse a password from another site
- Don't include personal information (name, birthday, etc.)
Save and log in
Click Update password. You'll be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Wait a couple of minutes — emails can be delayed
- Make sure you typed the right email address (the same one you used to sign up)
- Try requesting again
You may have signed up with a different address, or used Google sign-in instead of email. Try those options. If you can't recall, contact support@tukango.com with details from your last order (date, country, payment method).
Reset links last 1 hour. Request a new one from the Forgot password? page.
This usually means you're already logged in on this device. Log out first, then click the reset link again.
Signed up with Google?
If you originally signed up using Continue with Google, you don't have a tukango password — your Google account handles login. To recover access:
- Go to the login page
- Click Continue with Google
- Pick the same Google account you originally used
If you forgot your Google password, reset it via Google's account recovery page.
Stay secure
After resetting:
- Don't share your new password with anyone
- Use a password manager
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Log out of devices you no longer use
